- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I chose Allstate over the "online" insurance because I wanted the personal touch of having my own agent. I've been with Mark A lamb just shy of 4yrs. I just had my first claim after a hit and run in Daytona beach area. The claim was addressed quickly and my automobile was in the shop the very next day. Then I get a call from the home office Claims Adjuster disputing a portion of my damage and telling me that they were not going to cover that part of the damage as it seemed not consistent with the rest of the damage. I was NOT happy and contacted Mark concerning the matter. Mark was on the ball and the phone. By the next morning he contacted me and said that they were now going to cover the entire claim! THAT is why you go with a respectable local agent. He went to bat his customer and got results. I will continue to be with Mark Lamb insurance for a very long time. Thanks again Mark.
