- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best agency we have been with!! We have been here in Fl now for 9 months and the service has just been outstanding! We have been with Allstate for I believe almost 17 years and have never experienced the level of customer service and the willingness and desire to help in any way possible your agency has given us. Most recently Ms. Cuadras! She was just awesome! Very friendly, super knowledgeable and just went above and beyond and we are very appreciative for her time and services. It means something when you can tell that someone cares about there job and truly helping the person on the other end of the line and not just rushing through the call. Also we have never had an agency calling us to let us know it was time for a policy check up and that there was some ways that we could be saving some money. We then returned the call and were able to speak to Ms. Cuadras. Anyways I am just very highly impressed. It just never happened in Georgia. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had an appointment for our vehicle to be inspected after a crash. The appointment was for 11:30 and as they do not do inspections on the weekends, we had to take off of work. An employee decided that they were going to cancel our inspection without our permission. To further complicate the matter "there isn't anything anyone can do" to fix the issue. This operation is a disaster. When we requested to speak with an agent, they made excuses why we could not. They wouldn't even let us speak to a manager. Very horrifically bad customer service. Once our claim is complete we will be leaving Allstate. They have done little to nothing to rectify their incompetent mistake. They should change their slogan from "You're in good hands" to "We have butter fingers."By AJ J, October 11, 2016
