- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They lost my package i ordered it since the 26th which was in May we are now in June 10th, it said delivered in my mail box on June 8th and it never was delivered, when I asked my carrier she claims she doesn't remember when I call no one answers and when they do it's "oh I don't know what too tell you" . My carrier says maybe I delivered it too the wrong address, I'll go check. Then when I call the office they say she didn't even tell them what's going on. I'm sick of these people lying too me. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I am posting this to make a record since the post office is closed at 5 PM and it is after hours. I was in today to ship three packages, including one an APO, and I purchased two books of stamps, which I received and paid for them with the debit card. A gentleman waited on me. Then I purchased two books of stamps with a $20 bill for my mother and received the change and the receipt but not the two books of stamps. I did not notice until I got home. I will be going in tomorrow to get the two books of stamps for which I paid. I tried calling the phone number but it had a constant busy signal so I could not leave a message to report the error.By Colleen Taylor, July 07, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been trying to call for two days now only to hear a busy time as soon as the call goes through. It has literally been impossible to contact anyone. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday that is a monthly subscription and always gets shipped to my house and when I checked the status of the delivery it said that it was the incorrect address. Now this is the same address they have delivered to me before without problem so I don't know what's going on. This is a Christmas gift and if it gets returned to the sender all because you people can not answer your phone I am going to be livid.By Amanda Casey, May 25, 2017
