- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude customer service. I came in about 20 minutes before closing and decided to be nice and allow another customer to use my tape; she took a little longer than expected. Then the tape stopped dispensing. When I asked a staff member to use a scissor in order to try and fix the tape, she would not allow me to. Then they made comments out loud saying things like, "Well, it's 6 o'clock, I'm closing out my drawer." And moments later went on to close the gate on me at exactly 6pm like I wasn't standing right there trying to finish up my packages. If you can send off your packages elsewhere do that. Very rude staff that seriously need some retraining on what customer service is. I've never been to a post office like this, never again.By Rebecca Duncan, September 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate this post office. The carriers don't pick up my packages when I have scheduled a pick up. They come the day after???!!! Why??? What is wrong with them??? Why do they never pick up their phone? Who is the postmaster to complain to?? Non existent!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This place could surely be improved, i don't believe its half as bad as some of the reviews its gotten. My biggest issue with it is that its under staffed. They should have twice as many postal workers at this location than the do. As a result of the low man power the place is always busy so prepare to wait.
